Escape with us for the August bank holiday weekend by Dartmoor National Park. Meet new faces, explore new places, through our sustainability infused staycation. Think of it as a micro.. festival. A dreamy intersection of wellness, riding, adventure and sustainability. We’ll be exploring Dartmoor and its surroundings on our bikes with various level rides being offered each day. We’ll stretch our limbs in yoga, eat hearty organic food, find outdoor swimming spots to cool off, celebrate sound with a gong bath, hear from the founder Mac in a fireside chat, and get the opportunity to try out natural bee-keeping, rewilding and wild cooking. Staying in a yurt village or camping, what better way to connect with yourself and nature for a well earned long weekend!

Retreat Itinerary

Would I recommend Brake the Cycle? Yes, yes, yes...everything about this trip was perfect: - the crew: a wonderful group of experienced cyclists who somehow managed to juggle it all... - the group: like-minded and friendly.. - the FOOD: incredibly delicious homemade, vegan, organic food - the farm: the venue was spectacular: beautiful, natural, isolated and the accommodation was second to none. - the ride: My first long cycle was fantastic! - the yoga: we were spoiled with 4 long yoga classes...my lack of soreness on Sunday was definitely due to the post-cycle yoga. Still riding the mental and emotional high from this weekend... I promise you won't regret it!
